Our most popular Neck Shoulder Heat pack had been simplified to create the new basics heat pack range available in two *size small and medium

With the same cotton outer and filled with Australian grown Lupins, the seven sections allows the Lupins to move more and still sit easily on any part of the body. 

Our Heat Packs are made to fit the curve of your body and evenly distribute heat. Sitting hands free on your neck and shoulders and used the traditional heat pack way on the rest of your body

Can be used warm or cool so you don’t have to put it away after winter, it can be used all year round

USING HEATED: place the heat pack flat in the microwave, make sure that the Lupins are evenly distributed. Follow the heating instructions that come with the heatpack.

USING COOL: store in the freezer until ready to use.

Use anywhere you need a heat pack. On your shoulders, neck, knee, back or stomach are to help with aches and pains. Or simply keep you warm or cool
