The Cotton Apothecary microwavable Neck Shoulder Heat Pack offers an ideal complement to your self-care routine, and comes in two sizes - small and medium. Featuring fourteen individual sections, its design allows it to bend and fold while its filling stays in place, so you can use it anywhere on your body. Evenly distributed weight ensures it can sit in ways other heat packs cannot, such as up on the back of your neck. Additionally, it can be worn easily around the neck and shoulder area while in moving, as it will stay securely in place. Cotton outer and filled with hand selected Australian lupins, it can be used both warm or cool, providing whatever your body needs to help soothe itself.

USING HEATED: place the heat pack flat in the microwave, make sure that the Lupins are evenly distributed. Follow the heating instructions that come with the heat pack.

USING COOL: store in the freezer until ready to use.
