Its unique curved shape perfectly adapts to your body, helping provide relief to hands, feet, knees, stomach and other areas of the body. Enjoy a multi-purposed use with the warmable and coolable design, it can also be used to help your favorite bread and sourdough starter recipes to rise in colder climates. USE HEATED: place the heat pack flat in the microwave, make sure that the Lupins are evenly distributed. Follow the heating instructions that come with the heatpack.

USE COOL: store in the freezer until ready to use, or for at least two hours
